Last week, we shared a video about our 10 year strategic plan, with not only a vision to become the “model, or exemplary, sports club in North Carolina”, but to “strive to be a leader and pioneer in youth sports in the United States.”  As mentioned, we will share an update on each of the 6 Critical Success Factors over the next 6 weeks.

This week, we will talk about our “Marketing/Communications Critical Success Factor” and ask for your help through a 2-minute video clip focused on “delivering quality and valuable communication to our membership and community.”
