Dear NC Fusion Community,

Over the winter, our leadership team developed a 10-year strategic plan for the organization. We are so thankful for those that contributed to this plan aimed at helping us reach our vision of becoming the “model, or exemplary, sports club in North Carolina”. Through their knowledge, passion, time and encouragement, we have created an even more aspirational vision to “strive to be a leader and pioneer in youth sports in the United States.”

I’d like to thank our steering committee that included internal and external contributors:
